Coming from a small town in the north of India and having very humble beginnings, I always had big dreams. I wanted to make a difference not only to myself but in the lives of people around me. I learnt the hard way that the real leadership and growth starts by developing myself and connecting with others, which is not an easy road to travel. I’ve always dreamt of making an impact on the world and changing lives one at a time. I have always been a student of personal growth and development and will continue to be so for the rest of my life since I strongly believe that continuous personal growth & development has the power to change us individually, connect communities, be a catalyst to corporations, and transform countries around the world.

Passion & Humanity
I love adding value to those who need guidance, help and encouragement. I have been on the panel of a few colleges where I’ve been working to add value through course formulations and feedback. As part of the Global Youth Initiative, I have been conducting free youth leadership programs from time-to-time for more than 5,000 college youth who is ready to step out into the corporate world. I have been working on a few humanitarian projects directed towards education and empowerment of girl children and raising medical and upkeep support for old-age homes.
